In a bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, and dry yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes and set aside. Place the hook attachment on the mixer. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, egg, and yeast mixture and knead for 10 minutes or until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough.

Add the butter and continue kneading for another 10 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
