In a bowl, mix the flour with the butter using your hands until you form a sandy dough. Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix with the help of a hand whisk the egg with Bionda® Ricotta, condensed milk, flour, and vanilla for 5 minutes, or until you have a homogeneous consistency. Set aside.
