Ingredients

1 portion
  • 500 grams flour
  • 4 grams salt
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups Water, tibia

Preparation

Mix the flour with the salt, add the melted butter and add the eggs.
Add lukewarm water to the mixture (only the amount needed). You must create a homogeneous mass.
Cover and let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Stretch the dough carefully to prevent it from breaking, leaving it thin.
Ready to fill.
