Ingredients

6 portions
  • 350 grams wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 grams butter
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 1/2 glasses milk
  • 10 grams baking yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon anise, pastis or rum, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon essence of orange, (Orange blossom)
  • 2 pinches salt

Preparation

Prepare a dough with the yeast in a little warm milk, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt 100 g of flour and let grow 1 to 2 hours.
In a deep bowl, beat the remaining 2 eggs and put the sugar, 1 pinch of salt, the melted butter, the milk, the bitter bread, the essence, and the rest of the flour

Bake 30 minutes at moderate heat 100 ° C approximately.

TIPS
