Sweet pudding in cold dessert excellent to surprise your guests, you can taste it with a very hot coffee. Mmmmm how rich! I hope you liked it and have your opinion.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 10 Mexican french bread rolls, Hard
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon royal baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon, milled
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/2 liters Water

Preparation

In a bowl add the hard bobbin (the harder this is better, just take care that it is not in the process of decomposition) cut it into medium pieces, add the milk and let it rest for 15 minutes to check that everything is totally hydrated by the milk remaining in a thick mixture if necessary add the water (only the one that goes using the same mixture) Add the eggs, the melted butter (reserving a little to reach the baking mold).
Add the sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and mix well with your hands, undo the bread completely until you create a very thick paste.
Brush and flour the baking pan, turn the oven to 200ºC. Bake for 30 min or until a stick comes out clean.

PRESENTATION

Let cool (the colder you eat it is richer) and enjoy with a coffee with cinnamon.
