Preparation
Open the two puff pastry plates, paint one of them with melted butter and place the other one on top. Cut the dough with two round shapes (one smaller than another) and take them to the oven at 220ºC until they begin to brown.
In this time we prepare the syrup with which we are going to bathe them, putting in a saucepan the measure of water, sugar and honey. We cook for 10 minutes.
We bathe the donuts in the syrup and coat them in sugar.
