Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo of dough for tortillas
  • 1 cone of piloncillo
  • 5 milliliters of artificial flavoring vanilla
  • 1 twig of cinnamon
  • 1/4 of Cup of mashed sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • enough of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 liter of Water

    Preparation

    In a pot, empty 1/2 liter of water, the cinnamon stick and the cone of piloncillo, stir until the piloncillo dissolves and take the consistency of honey; Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring. Let cool.
    With the 1/2 kg of dough should be kneaded perfectly so that I was uniform, and stir with honey to knead again with your hands and achieve a compact and manageable consistency.
