Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 eggs, fresh, measure quantity in a measuring cup
  • 240 milliliters milk, Same amount of milk as eggs
  • 200 grams flour, Same amount of flour as eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil

Preparation

Heat the oven to 230 ° C.
Mix the eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and stir with an electric mixer. Let stand 10 minutes.
Gradually add the flour (which was measured to be exactly the same amount as the eggs), and beat with the blender until there are no lumps. It must be like a thick cream.
