Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 grams dry yeast
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 San Juan® Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 cups bacon, fried, soft
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, sliced
  • enough San Juan® Egg, to varnish

Preparation

For the dough, mix the flour with the sugar, salt and dry yeast; add the milk and the San Juan® Egg; finally add the butter little by little until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous dough. Rest in a greased and covered container for 30 minutes, until doubled in size.
Punch the dough and roll it out; Distribute the cheese and bacon evenly, roll, and varnish with Huevo San Juan®.
Chill the roll for 1 hour; later, cut thick slices and place in a refractory mold, varnish with San Juan® Egg and sprinkle with a little grain salt; Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C, or until golden.
