In a bowl and using a whisk, mix the flour with the milk, eggs, and melted butter until you achieve a lump-free batter. Set aside. In a skillet over low heat, add butter, pour 1/2 ladle of the previous mixture, and cook for 2 minutes; add the grated cheese, the bacon, and add a little more mixture just to finish covering the pancake. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until well cooked.
