Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter at room temperature
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of scallion chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipping cream lyncott
  • 125 grams of Gruyere cheese grated
  • 2 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese grated
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (375 F). Put a teapot full of water to boil.
    Put four 3/4 cup souffle cups (180 ml) on a pyrex.
    Put a little butter in each of the molds. Then put 2 eggs in each mold.
    Sprinkle the eggs with chives and add salt and pepper. Put the cream on top and sprinkle the Gruyere and Parmesan cheese on top.
    Put the boiling water on top of the pyrex so that it covers the molds halfway. Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 10 minutes (until the whites are cooked but the yolks remain soft).
    Remove from the oven and serve a small pot on each plate.
