In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, Domino® Mascabado Sugar, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients: milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients until perfectly combined. Finally, add the grated carrot and walnuts. Set aside. For the icing, in a bowl, mix the cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and Domino® Mascabado Sugar. Set aside. In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter, pour a ladle of the hot cake mixture, cook for 3 minutes, and set aside. Serve the hot cakes warm with the icing, and garnish with walnuts and grated carrot.
