Mix the flour, milk, eggs, butter, and chocolate until there are no lumps. Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture. In a hot skillet greased with butter, pour a little mixture trying to form a round shape. When it starts to bubble, grate a portion of the chocolate tablet and flip the pancake to cook the other side. Serve once it is well cooked and drizzle with a little chocolate syrup.
