Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Ades® coconut
  • 1/2 cups peppermint
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup chia seed
  • 1/2 cups mango, cut into cubes, to serve
  • 1/2 cups banana, to serve
  • 2 tablespoons coconut, grated, to serve

Preparation

Blend the non-dairy coconut cream with the mint leaves and brown sugar until you get a green color.
In a bowl, mix the previous preparation with the chia, let sit in refrigeration until the chía absorbs the liquid and triples its volume.
When the previous blend is ready, decorate the glass with kiwi and banana, serve the chia until the glass is full, decorate with more kiwi, mango, banana and coconut; and enjoy!

PRESENTATION

Serve and decorate with kiwi, mango and banana.

TIPS

The longer the chia rests with the liquid, the better it will hydrate.
