  • 2 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®, 150 gc / u
  • 2 tablespoons chia
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence
  • 2 Blueberry Yoghurt Oikos®, 150 gc / u
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 cups blackberry
  • 1 red pomegranate
  • 4 teaspoons almond, fillets and toasts

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with the chia and the essence of almonds. Let hydrate in the refrigerator about 15 minutes.
Serve in a bowls the Yoghurt of Oikos® Blueberries and a little of yoghurt with chia. Decorate with kiwi slices, blackberries, pomegranate and finish with almonds.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with almonds and fruit.

TIPS

You can use toasted hazelnuts instead of almonds.
