Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups strawberry, medium
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Wash the strawberries very well, remove the stem and split them into 4. If they are too big, divide them into 8.
Put the strawberries, the lemon juice and the sugar in a saucepan. Heat on low heat moving so it does not burn.
Bring to a boil and continue moving until all the sugar has melted. Keep boiling 30 minutes more.
When this list the jam should be slightly translucent.
Turn off the heat and continue moving every 10 minutes until it cools. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
