Ingredients: 4 eggs; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups red bell pepper, in small cubes; 2 serrano chiles, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon ground oregano; 1 cup Zwan® panela cheese, in medium cubes; salt; black pepper; 1 package Zwan® natural turkey breast; chives, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes; 1 cup dressing, ranch, low fat, for accompaniment

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork. Set aside. In a deep skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion along with the garlic; once they start to become shiny, add the red bell pepper, serrano chilies, and the egg, stirring constantly to combine everything, and season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat and let cook; once the egg is nearly fully cooked, add the cubes of Zwan® panela cheese, cover, and cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.
