Ingredients: 1/2 kilos tortillas, freshly made; 8 San Juan® eggs; vegetable oil; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for the sauce; 1/4 onions; 6 tomatoes; 1 cuaresmeño chile; 1 clove garlic; 1 cup chicken broth; 1 tablespoon salt; 1/2 cups refried beans; parsley, chopped; sandwich bread, toasted and in triangles

In a pot with oil, fry the onion, garlic, tomato, and cuaresmeño pepper for 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth and let it cook for 5 minutes. Blend everything together and season with salt. Place the tortillas on a board and use a knife to separate the two sides of the tortilla, leaving half of the tortilla closed. Add a tablespoon of beans and a piece of Huevo San Juan®.
