Preparation
Scale the eggs for about 3 minutes, then break them in hot water with a splash of vinegar. Turn the water over quickly and when a swirl is formed add the eggs slowly.
Remove the eggs from the casserole, immersing them quickly in another bowl with very cold water and a little salt. This will help us to interrupt the cooking, making sure that the yolk of the egg remains liquid and does not coagulate.
Fry the slices of ham on both sides.
Serve on a plate the slice of ham and place the egg on top.
Assemble a slice of cheese and serve with a little cream and sauce.
Put in the microwave for about 15 seconds depending on the power, just so the cheese melts a bit.
