Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, to grease
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100 grams goat cheese, cut into 4 slices
  • 5 branches fresh scallion, chopped to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
