Pues igual se trata de experimentar, pero pregunto. ¿La cocción con el agua hirviendo de 10 a 12 minutos se hace con el fuego bajo o alto?¿De que forma afecta en el resultado final?

Me dio mucho miedo meter los huevos al agua caliente. Y se me partió el cascarón, dentro del agua hirviendo entonces salió como el relleno y no sé si me lo puedo comer así o qué tengo que hacer.
