Ingredients: 2 guajillo chiles, for the sauce, deveined, hydrated; 2 morita chiles, for the sauce, deveined, hydrated; 1 cup Ground Tomatoes of Strong Origin®, for the sauce; 1 clove garlic, for the sauce; 1/4 onions, for the sauce; 1/2 cups cilantro, for the sauce; 1/2 cups chicken broth, for the sauce; vegetable oil, for the sauce; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for the machaca; 1/4 cups onion, chopped; 1 cup machaca beef, shredded; 4 eggs; salt; pepper; 1/2 cups refried black beans, for decoration; fresh white cheese, grated; 1/2 avocados, for decoration; tortilla chips, for decoration

Pour the Ground Tomatoes Del Fuerte Origen®, chiles, onion, garlic, cilantro, and chicken broth into the blender. Blend until there are no chunks of chile, onion, or garlic. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat, add the blended mixture, and fry for 5 minutes. Season and set aside.
