Preparation
Chop the carrot and pepper into small cubes.
Using 3 eggs for each roll, the eggs are burst in a bowl and beaten.
Pour the beaten egg a pinch of ground oregano and one of pepper, salt to taste.
Place the finely chopped vegetables on the beaten egg and stir.
Put a splash of sesame oil in a hot pan, when hot, empty the mixture and wait for the egg to boil.
When the egg is almost cooked it begins to roll with the help of a spatula.
The roll is placed on a plate and cut into slices about 1cm and is ready to be enjoyed.
