Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 slice tomtato
  • 1 egg
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Fry the egg in a pan with a little salt.
Spread the hummus on the bread and place the tomato on top.
Add the starred egg on top of the tomato and enjoy.

TIPS

You can add some mustard to the bread before hummus
