Prepare a spinach omelet for your breakfast, you'll see how rich it tastes. Spinach has many beneficial properties for health.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Wash the spinach. Skip them with a little butter.
Place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste, beat until they are mixed.
Add a little butter in another egg pan, then add the cheese and spinach, pour a little of the eggs and cover over them, cook for 5 minutes over low heat or until the omelettes are ready.
Once ready fold in half like a quesadilla and serve.
