Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 pumpkin, in canes
  • 1 carrot, in canes
  • 1 red pepper, in canes
  • 4 teaspoons vegetal oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat a little oil and sauté the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add the eggs forming an omelette.
Add the sautéed vegetables to the omelette and cook a few more minutes.
Cook the Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas® as indicated on the package.

PRESENTATION

Serve it with some flour tortillas.

You can replace the oil with butter.
