Ingredients: 1 package puff pastry; 40 grams flour; 3 eggs; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1/4 cups cow's milk; 1/2 cups Gruyère cheese, grated; 1/2 onions; 1 package button mushrooms, white; 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 70 grams parsley, chopped; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Roll out the puff pastry using a little flour. Cover the mold with it and prick the bottom with a fork, then cover with aluminum foil. Place raw beans on top to create weight. Bake for 25 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and the beans. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
