A delicious breakfast, easy and above all fast. The San Juan® Egg Claras Revueltos with Microwave Vegetables are ideal for those days where you do not have time to cook and you want to eat something rich and healthy.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 of Cup of San Juan® egg whites
  • 4 spoonfuls of frozen vegetable Assorted frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of onion
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Chile de árbol pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoonful of olive oil

    Preparation

    Place the frozen vegetables in a refractory and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds at high temperature. Dry the vegetables with absorbent paper.
    In a bowl, pour the San Juan® egg whites, vegetables, onion, chili and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture well and season with salt and pepper.
    Pour a teaspoon of olive oil in a cup, remove the excess with a napkin.
    Pour the San Juan® Egg Claras mixture into the cup you greased.
    Place the cup in the microwave and cook for a minute at high temperature.
    Remove the cup from the microwave and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Ready! A delicious breakfast with San Juan® Egg Claras.
