  • 15 pitted olives
  • 2 pickled jalapeño peppers
  • enough parsley
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut into small pieces or cubes all the ingredients, ham, bacon, cheese, onion, sliced ​​olives, chilies in vinegar without seeds or veins. Chop the parsley and reserve.
Crush the chips a little in your bag, empty and mix with eggs, cheese, olives and chili peppers; Season with pepper and salt.
