This simple smoothie is made with a mixture of banana, strawberry, orange and CARNATION® CLAVEL® Origin, which provides the perfect consistency for its creaminess without making it heavy, so you will love it. It is ideal to consume first thing in the morning or before exercising. Enjoy its flavor!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 banana, without shell, in halves
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, In rooms
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, natural
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, without seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups CARNATION® CLAVEL® Origin Coco
  • enough grated coconut, to decorate
  • enough strawberry, slice, for garnish
  • enough banana, sliced, for garnish

Preparation

Blend the banana together with the strawberry, the Greek yoghurt, the orange juice, the honey, and CARNATION® CLAVEL® Origin Coco, until completely integrated.
Serve in a glass, add grated coconut and garnish with strawberry and banana slices.

PRESENTATION

Once the smoothie is served, garnish with grated coconut, strawberry and banana slices.

TIPS

If you prefer not to sweeten the drink, add a little more strawberry to the preparation. You can substitute the orange for tangerine.
