Enfrijoladas with Chipotle

Do not you know what to prepare for breakfast? Prepare these delicious and easy enfrijoladas, with exquisite bean sauce and a spicy touch that gives the chipotle, stuffed with chicken, accompanied by cream and cheese.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of bean with broth
  • 2 pieces of chipotle chile pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 branch of coriander
  • 1 Cup of oil to fry
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • to taste of sour cream To accompany
  • to taste of fresh cheese to accompany (unpacked)
  • to taste of avocado in sheets, to accompany
  • to taste of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat oil over medium heat, add onion, garlic, add beans and chipotle chili. Kitchen for 5 min. Cool slightly
    Blend the previous preparation, until you get a sauce.
    Heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and pour the sauce, add salt, cook for 5 minutes and add cilantro.
    Fry the tortillas in oil over medium heat, leaving them slightly soft, remove the excess fat with absorbent paper.
    Fill tortillas with chicken and fold in half.
    Place the enfrijoladas on a plate, serve with the hot bean sauce.
    Accompany with cream, cheese, avocado and cilantro.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate, accompanied by cream, cheese and avocado.

    TIPS

    Heat the oil well before adding the tortillas, in this way they will absorb less fat.
