Preparation
Heat oil over medium heat, add onion, garlic, add beans and chipotle chili. Kitchen for 5 min. Cool slightly
Blend the previous preparation, until you get a sauce.
Heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and pour the sauce, add salt, cook for 5 minutes and add cilantro.
Fry the tortillas in oil over medium heat, leaving them slightly soft, remove the excess fat with absorbent paper.
Fill tortillas with chicken and fold in half.
Place the enfrijoladas on a plate, serve with the hot bean sauce.
Accompany with cream, cheese, avocado and cilantro.
