Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups thick cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Cube butter
  • 2 tablespoons syrup

Preparation

In a medium container beat the eggs and add the cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
In a large pan, add a little butter and heat.
Dip the slice of bread in the egg mixture until it is completely covered; Place it in the pan and cook at medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat the procedure with each slice of bread.
Serve with the syrup.

TIPS

You can decorate with cinnamon or confectionery sugar.
