With this recipe for fruit kebabs with homemade yoghurt, you can make the yoghurt you have at home.   • 4 cups milk, for homemade yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk powder, for homemade yoghurt
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, for homemade yoghurt
  • 1/4 cantaloupes, for the skewer
  • 2 oranges, for the skewer
  • 1 banana, for the skewer
  • 1 cup strawberry, for the skewer
  • 1 cup grape, for the skewer


For homemade yoghurt, in a saucepan over low heat place the milk and gradually add the powdered milk while continuing to move to dissolve; heat to 85 ° C and remove from heat. Entibia at 45 ° C.
Place two tablespoons of warm milk on the yoghurt and mix until incorporated; pour the yoghurt to the rest of the warm milk and finish mixing.
