Green chilaquiles for after a party, for breakfast, lunch or dinner; They are perfect for any time of the day, as their spicy green sauce and crispy tortillas with chicken, cheese will make you want to eat more and more. Do not stop preparing them.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of tortilla preferably one day before
  • 25 pieces of tomato or tomatillo
  • 25 pieces of green chile
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of chicken breast Cooked
  • 1/4 of kilo of Panela cheese
  • enough of chicken soup
  • enough of oil

    Preparation

    El chile verde es el jalapeño, también el serrano o chile de árbol fresco, no se si utilizaste cualquiera, si no pues estos son los que yo conozco como "chiles verdes". Saludos y gracias por sus comentarios, ojala y les guste.
