The crushed egg is a typical preparation of northern Mexico, this dish is a mixture of scrambled egg with onion, chile serrano and shredded dry meat. The richest thing is that we add a hot red sauce very easy to prepare. Ideal to prepare a rich taco with flour tortilla or corn.

For the sauce, liquefy the guajillo chile with the onion, cilantro and the Condimentado Tomato Puree of the Fuerte®.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, fry the onion and add the beef mash, the serrano chili pepper, the tomato and the egg, cook until the egg is cooked. Pour the sauce over the egg and cook 5 minutes. Season to your liking and reserve.
Serve on a plate, served with beans and tortillas. Enjoy
