Homemade Machaca in Red Sauce

The crushed egg is a typical preparation of northern Mexico, this dish is a mixture of scrambled egg with onion, chile serrano and shredded dry meat. The richest thing is that we add a hot red sauce very easy to prepare. Ideal to prepare a rich taco with flour tortilla or corn.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of guajillo chile roasted, deveined, and steeped, for sauce
  • 1/2 piece of White onion roasted, for sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander clean and disinfected, for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of Puree Condimentado Tomato Puree®
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil to fry, sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of crushed beef
  • 3 spoonfuls of chile serrano chopped
  • 1 Cup of tomato chopped into small cubes
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • to taste of flour tortillas To accompany
  • to taste of bean To accompany

    Preparation

    For the sauce, liquefy the guajillo chile with the onion, cilantro and the Condimentado Tomato Puree of the Fuerte®.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, fry the onion and add the beef mash, the serrano chili pepper, the tomato and the egg, cook until the egg is cooked. Pour the sauce over the egg and cook 5 minutes. Season to your liking and reserve.
    Serve on a plate, served with beans and tortillas. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the machaca on a plate and accompany with red sauce, prepare a taquito with everything.

    TIPS

    You can add the egg without beating or shake, it all depends on how you are used to preparing this ingredient, anyway, it is totally delicious.
