For those mornings with the family, nothing better than waking up to the soft and delicate aroma of freshly prepared pancakes. This time we bring you some pancakes filled with irresistible blackberry with cheese, try them!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups Flour for Hot Cakes Tres Estrellas®, 850 grams
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups blackberry jam
  • 1/4 cups cream cheese
  • blackberries, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl and with the help of a balloon whisk, mix the flour, milk, eggs and butter until obtaining a smooth preparation. Reservation.
In a skillet over low heat, add butter, pour 1/2 ladle of the previous mixture and cook for 2 minutes, then add the jam and cream cheese.
Add another bit of batter just to finish coating the hot cake; cook 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Serve and garnish with blackberries.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate, accompanied by milk and orange juice.

TIPS

Use a Teflon skillet so the pancakes don't stick. You can use frozen blackberries, if it is not in season.
