Nourishing and easy hot cakes, an excellent choice for a healthy breakfast. Since its delicious banana flavor is irresistible and the benefits of oats will make your body feel much better. These hot cakes contain a lot of fiber, potassium and vitamins. Try them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 banana, big
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • to taste almond milk, optional

Preparation

Place the banana in a deep bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the egg, vanilla and mix.
Place the oatmeal in a blender until it is the consistency of flour.
Add the oatmeal to the mixture and beat well.
In a pan at medium temperature and add butter.
Add 1/4 of the mixture in the pan and cook about 1.5 minutes or until it has small bubbles on the surface and turn it over, cook for 1 minute (or until it is golden / brown on both sides).
Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

You can add the honey of your preference or accompany with fruits.

TIPS

You can add a bit of almond milk to the mixture in case it is too thick.
