Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 banana, for hotcakes
  • 2 eggs, for hotcakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, for hotcakes
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, for hotcakes
  • 1/2 cups oats, for hotcakes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed, optional, for hotcakes
  • enough coconut oil, or butter

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients for hotcakes.
Once the pan is hot, add coconut oil or butter so that the mixture does not stick.
Pour the mixture into the pan and form the hotcakes; cooks on both sides.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with honey, fruit or jams to taste.
