Preparation
Mix the flour for hotcakes with milk, egg and butter. Reserve.
Toast lightly the amaranth, oats and walnut and add to the previous mixture.
Add the apple and integrate completely.
Make the hotcakes on a previously heated plate and lightly greased with butter.
Cook on both sides turning with the help of a shovel and serve hot bathed with a little agave syrup.
