Prepare these delicious and fluffy hotcakes, they are perfect for a delicious breakfast. Also, they are easy to make and fast. Do not wait any longer and try them.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Kosher salt
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon zest
  • enough of unsalted butter
  • 2 pieces of banana ripe and chopped
  • to taste of Maple syrup pure, to accompany

    Preparation

    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, milk, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest.
    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, mixing them only until they are combined.
    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until bubbling.
    Pour the pancake dough into the pan to make 3 or 4 pancakes.
    Distribute a spoonful of banana on each pancake. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the top and the bottom is well browned.
    Turn the pancakes over and cook for another minute until golden brown.
    Clean the pan with a paper towel, add more butter to the pan and continue cooking pancakes until the whole mixture is used.
    Serve with sliced ​​bananas, butter and maple syrup.
