Hotcakes with Blackberries

Delicious hotcakes with blackberries. They are made at home, having blackberries inside the dough will impress everyone, it is a gourmet recipe for a breakfast that adults and children will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 6 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry
  • 1 Cup of berry
  • enough of spray oil

    Preparation

    Add the lemon juice to the milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
    In a deep bowl, mix the eggs and milk with lemon.
    Add the melted butter.
    In another recent deep mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine.
    Add 1/3 cup of strawberries and 1/3 cup of blackberries to the mixture.
    Take a large frying pan, oil with spray for cooking and hot.
    For each Hotcake, put 1 large spoonful to serve soup or 3 normal spoonfuls of dough.
    Cook for 3 minutes and turn and cook for 2 more minutes on the other side.
    Pass the hotcakes to a plate and cover them to keep them warm while doing all.
    In a deep bowl, mix the blackberries and leftover strawberries.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the hotcakes in a single dish: 2 hotcakes and put 4-5 tablespoons of blackberries on top.

    TIPS

    You can freeze these hotcakes and use them on days without time as a delicious breakfast.

    A través de Android Muy rica la receta....yo la hice cambiando la mantequilla por aceite y la leche por leche de soya por si alguien tiene intolerancia a la lactosa, quedan también esponjaditos! También agregué un toquecito de vainilla. Yummy! Gracias por la receta!
