Preparation
Add the lemon juice to the milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs and milk with lemon.
Add the melted butter.
In another recent deep mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine.
Add 1/3 cup of strawberries and 1/3 cup of blackberries to the mixture.
Take a large frying pan, oil with spray for cooking and hot.
For each Hotcake, put 1 large spoonful to serve soup or 3 normal spoonfuls of dough.
Cook for 3 minutes and turn and cook for 2 more minutes on the other side.
Pass the hotcakes to a plate and cover them to keep them warm while doing all.
In a deep bowl, mix the blackberries and leftover strawberries.
