Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup AdeS® Soya
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup AdeS® Strawberry
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons margarine

Preparation

Place flour, margarine, AdeS® Soya, egg yolks, baking powder and salt in the blender.
Beat the egg whites until firm peaks and gradually add the above mixture with AdeS® Soya to the whites and integrate it in an enveloping way. You should have a thick, fluffy mixture. If you feel it too thick you can add 1/2 cup more of AdeS® Soya
Heat a saucepan and add a little margarine, this will give more flavor to the hotcakes. Pour a little of the mixture; If you want to keep all of the same size, help yourself with a ladle so that everyone has the same measure.
Let it cook for 3 minutes, when bubbles emerge on the surface and cook on the other side for 2 minutes. Make sure the stove is on medium heat to prevent burning.
For the strawberry sauce, pour the AdeS® Strawberry into a pot and add the flour, sugar and margarine. Cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Move constantly to avoid burning.
Serve the sauce with the hotcakes and enjoy.
