Preparation
Beat the egg whites until they have reached nougat point, set aside.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon until they change color.
Add the Almond Milk little by little, with the help of a strainer add the hot cakes flour.
Add the whites very softly, mix slowly.
Grease a 4 inch ring (10 cm).
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the margarine. Pour the hot cakes mix and cook for 3 minutes on each side, covered with aluminum foil.
Serve and decorate with strawberries, blueberries, mint and maple syrup.
