A rich and healthy option to start the day. Prepare these delicious hot cakes of oatmeal and banana that will fill your day with energy and flavor. They are very simple to prepare and delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste honey

Preparation

Place the banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the egg and mix.
Grind the oatmeal in the blender until it is completely pulverized. Add it to the mixture and beat until uniform.
In a pan at medium heat and add butter. Add part of the mixture in the pan and cook for a few minutes or until you have small bubbles on the surface and turn, cook until it has a brown / gold on both sides.
Repeat step 6 until the mixture is finished. Serve with honey and enjoy.

TIPS

You can add almond milk or animal milk to the mixture if it is too thick.
