Preparation
Place the banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the egg and mix.
Grind the oatmeal in the blender until it is completely pulverized. Add it to the mixture and beat until uniform.
In a pan at medium heat and add butter. Add part of the mixture in the pan and cook for a few minutes or until you have small bubbles on the surface and turn, cook until it has a brown / gold on both sides.
Repeat step 6 until the mixture is finished. Serve with honey and enjoy.
