Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup oatmeal flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
Grease the pan with a bit of butter, where you will cook the pancakes, add a little mixture and wait for them to cook.
Serve and decorate with some fruit of your preference.

TIPS

You can add a spoonful of flaxseed powder, nuts or fruit of your choice to the mix.
