Preparation
At 3/4 of milk add the 2 tablespoons of vinegar and let stand about 5 minutes.
In a bowl or bowl mix the dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Add the melted butter, the egg and last the milk you had reserved.
Mix with a balloon whisk or in a blender until all the ingredients are well incorporated for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
Heat a frying pan or grill over medium heat, add a little butter and add the mixture forming the hotcake; let it cook on one side, turn it to finish cooking.
Repeat this last step until the mix is finished.
