Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups wheat flour
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 180 grams butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Preparation

At 3/4 of milk add the 2 tablespoons of vinegar and let stand about 5 minutes.
In a bowl or bowl mix the dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Add the melted butter, the egg and last the milk you had reserved.
Mix with a balloon whisk or in a blender until all the ingredients are well incorporated for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
Heat a frying pan or grill over medium heat, add a little butter and add the mixture forming the hotcake; let it cook on one side, turn it to finish cooking.
Repeat this last step until the mix is ​​finished.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany with honey maple, bee, agave, jam, cajeta or Nutella. You can add slices of ham or bacon, even fruit to taste.

TIPS

It is very important to let the milk rest with the vinegar because it will help to spoil. To turn the hotcakes first you have to wait until you have bubbles in the top.

Nefasto. Tiene mucho sabor salado, por el vinagre y la sal. Y al mismo tiempo, sabor dulce. Me quedo espantosa y además una pédida de productos. Horrible.

Es mucha mantequilla creo que se equivocaron al poner los gramos yo le puse 3 cucharadas y quedaron esponjosos

Jajajajaja me quedaron horribles!!! que oso, creo que las instrucciones están mal para una persona que no es muy experta en cocinar

La receta esta mal ... utilice 1/4 de taza de mantequilla derretida y no los “180g que aquí indican “. También utilice 1 cucharada de vinagre y no 2. Con el 1/4 de taza de mantequilla quedaron perfectos!!!!!

Nada recomendable, nunca quedaron esponjosos, más bien una mezcla pastosa, malamente no leí las calificaciones antes de hacerla! :(
