A healthy and low calorie but delicious way to nourish your family. Enjoy a delicious breakfast without guilt and with a lot of flavor. These yogurt hotcakes will be everyone's favorite.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 80 grams flour
  • 80 grams whole wheat flour
  • 20 grams brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams natural yogurt
  • 120 milliliters milk light
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • to taste Maple syrup
  • 1 cup blueberry

Preparation

In a bowl mix the baking powder, the flours, the sugar, the salt, the egg and the dairy products. Beat with your blender until you leave a homogeneous mixture but avoid it being so liquid.
Melt some of the butter in a pan and pour the mixture into the center of the pan to prepare your hotcakes.
Remember to let them cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Serve with honey and blueberries.
