Preparation
In a bowl mix the baking powder, the flours, the sugar, the salt, the egg and the dairy products. Beat with your blender until you leave a homogeneous mixture but avoid it being so liquid.
Melt some of the butter in a pan and pour the mixture into the center of the pan to prepare your hotcakes.
Remember to let them cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Serve with honey and blueberries.
