Preparation
Heat the water in a medium pot over high heat, cook the bananas with everything and peel for 15 minutes.
Remove them from the water, peel them and crush them until you get a puree.
Put some flour in your hands, take two tablespoons of banana puree. Stuffed with the Oaxaca cheese, it closes perfectly giving it a molote shape and pass it through flour.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, fry the banana molasses until they are brown on the outside for about 5 minutes. Remove and drain the excess oil
Blend the tomato, onion, garlic and chili without liquid, until well ground. Season
Serve the molotes with a spoonful of cream and on this green sauce.
