Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos corn dough
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, disinfected and chopped
  • Oil Oleic®, the necessary
  • 2 oven cooking bags

Preparation

Perfectly integrate the salt, the flour, to the corn dough, then form 15 balls of the same size until the whole dough is finished, and place the pieces already ready on a bag.
Once the above is done, place the bag in the tortilla maker, place the dough ball on top of it and cover with the plastic bag.
Remove the bag and fold the tortilla in half with fingers only sealing the edges, trying to leave air inside, perform the same procedure with all the balls
Place a deep pan with enough oleic oil and wait until it is hot to proceed to cook the pieces one by one, pouring hot oil over them so that they can inflate.
Turn the other side to do the same and get an even cooking on both sides.
Place on napkins to drain the excess oil.
Serve hot and enjoy pico de gallo salad, habanero pepper and your favorite drink.
