Delicious Swiss Enchiladas prepared with a creamy Philadelphia® Cream Cheese sauce. It is a very easy recipe to prepare and you will love the sauce. This recipe is ideal for a weekend breakfast with the family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 kilo green tomato, bare
  • 1 onion, chopped girl
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons chicken consommé
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken soup, without salt
  • 16 corn tortillas, thin passed by hot oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 12 slices of Manchego Singles® Cheese

Preparation

Cook the tomato and chili in water with a little salt until their color turns pale and drain.
Fry the onion in a pan with the oil until golden.
Blend the onion with the tomato, chili, coriander, chicken broth, chicken concentrate and Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
Heat until it boils and rectify seasoning.
Bathe with the sauce and place 3 slices of Manchego Singles® cheese on top.

PRESENTATION

Serve them accompanied by some refried beans.

TIPS

You can substitute the green tomato for the tomato, to make some enchiladas with red sauce.
